At Zentaro, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- With any tags still attached (if applicable)

Please include your order number and reason for return.
We will then provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Please note: returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used items
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards

Shipping Information
- Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days
- We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States only
- We do not charge customs or import duties
